It's an 80s inspired chorus FX. Real simple to use and very cool. And it's free. You can grab your own right here.
In this video, I try it out on a Hip Hop Wurli, Pop Drums, Bongos, Wah Wah Guitar, and a Flute (because it's the last thing they'd expect).
