In this episode of Tobisonics, we're going to find out whether you can mix using only the D16 Devastor 2 Multiband Saturation Unit?
We're going to start with the production we used to demo the Sugar Bytes Aparillo and using only the Devastor, see if we can mix it. We'll be using it to tame and control the dynamics of a bassline, add some extra punch to the drums. We'll be adding wideness and fizz to a synth pad (plus crazy amounts of sustain). We'll also be working with various synth leads and percussion elements to control their dynamics and tone/EQ to sit them better in the mix.
